A person writes in Telegram, Viber, WhatsApp or calls. The coordinator sees every request together, assigns a driver, and the family can see what is happening. No dozens of chats and lost addresses.
3 min 10 s · website, requests, live vehicle map, and the Telegram bot
Without it a typical day looks like this: 40 chats, screenshots of addresses, a Google Sheet, someone forgot to call back, the driver does not know about a wheelchair on the 3rd floor, a donor asks “where did the money go”.
druzi.space turns that chaos into a flow: request → priority → vehicle → trip → status → report. The system does not replace the coordinator. It removes everything that is not a decision — data collection, reminders, statuses, reports, receipts, duplicates — and leaves what actually saves time on the road: who to pick up, with which vehicle, and in which order today.
One path in Telegram, Viber and WhatsApp. The person does not “write in chat however it comes out” — they answer simple questions one by one.
Who to evacuate (people, animals or both), phone, address, landmark, map pin, up to 3 photos, voice, who is in the family, destination, medicine, when to pick up.
Emergency — a few questions and a “critical” flag. “Call me back” — a request without a long form. An unfinished request can be continued.
After confirmation the person gets a request number and a “where is my request” link — no password. A coordinator can file the same request from a phone call or from a volunteer.
The coordinator no longer copies addresses from chat into a spreadsheet. Time goes to who to pick up first and with which vehicle.
No dictating “address, then photo, then how many children” across ten messages. The card is already on the desk.
Everything is in one request with history. The next shift opens the list, not a recap of a night call.
After 30 minutes a new unanswered request — a message. Critical without a vehicle, empty tank — on the Attention page.
The person sees status in the bot and via a link. The coordinator does not answer the same thing 20 times an hour.
“The driver will leave in 2 hours” — one button, the same tone, no wrong request number.
Neighbour hints and the same phone. A group + stop order = one vehicle picks up several families.
The driver sends a receipt photo in the bot, not “screenshot the petrol station”. Costs live in the system.
Donor and grant numbers come from completed requests. No manual “scrub names from the sheet”.
The bot in their language, voice and photos allowed. Animals are not forgotten — they have their own field. Status without asking “please just tell us something”.
One trip screen instead of forwarded screenshots. Receipts, “arrived / picked up / dropped off” and a map pin in two taps. No sitting in a 200-person chat.
Live numbers and reports without names. A grant pack is assembled in a minute, not a week of cleaning a spreadsheet.
A second coordinator joins without a new spreadsheet. You can see who assigned, which driver, how many litres. Fewer addresses in random chats.
| Before | After |
|---|---|
| Address in one chat, photo in another, surname in someone’s head | One request card with history |
| “Who is free?” in the drivers’ group | Trip + vehicle + stop order |
| The person asks for status 5 times | Bot, a link for relatives, and the driver on the map |
| A critical case lost in 80 messages | Priority + Attention + a reminder after 30 min |
| Donor reports written at night | Auto-report and a grant pack from requests |
| Two families from the same yard — two trips | Group + hint “same village / <1 km” |
Website, requests, Telegram bot, drivers, donors — one flow. We leave no one behind.
